This post is all about content – WHAT to post on social media to get more engagement and reach and how to plan it out. Inspirational quotes, teaching moments and calls-to-action are great but one of the best ways to get engagement is to ask questions that can be answered easily. I’ve been testing this out on my own social media and in a couple of groups I moderate and it has had great results! On one post, we received over 595 answers!

Questions

In this post, we’re giving you some questions that you can test out for yourself. Sometimes the questions won’t have anything to do with your business or professional interest, but that’s okay because essentially you are showing interest in another person by asking for their answers. (And always be sure to go back and like or leave a comment under their answer. This shows the algorithm that a conversation is taking place and maygive the post a more important ranking.

Remember to keep your questions simple and easy to answer. Try not to use questions that might be used as security questions on someone’s bank or other personal accounts.
